Doula packages

I offer my full spectrum and birth doula support & various offerings in SLO, Santa Barbara, & Monterey Counties. Subtle body tending & attunement, integrated support, physical comfort, informed care, & education are all woven into each package & client relationship. Always faith & family friendly.   • Curated packages based on your pregnancy & birth dreams & needs.

    A sample package:

    • 2-3 Prenatal Visits (1-2 Hours Each) curated to meet your needs and intended to make you feel well-resourced, understood, and emotionally supported. A time to get to know each other and build a strong foundation prior to your labor & birth.

    • Support throughout pregnancy via email/text/phone calls. I always love hearing from families! I highly recommend touching base following each prenatal doctor/midwife appointment.

    • On-call support beginning at 37 weeks. I’m at your service as soon as we reach this special day! Around the clock support via call/text.

    • In-person labor & birth support. Available from the moment you need me, until your baby arrives!

    • Transition home/out of hospital support. I stay with you for the first 1-3 hours postpartum at your birthing location to ensure you’re comfortable, received initial lactation support & guidance, eaten a nourishing meal, & are able to rest shortly after your birth.

    • 1 Postpartum Visit (2-3 Hours). In-home visits to debrief & integrate your labor & birth, tend to your home, offer light bodywork and postpartum nourishment, & more.

    • (Optional add-on) Postpartum Ceremony. For integration & returning to center.

    • (Optional add-on) 1 Pre or Postpartum Yoga/Movement Class. For labor prep and/or postpartum rejuvenation.

    • (Optional add-on) Herbal & Floral Medicine Shared Throughout. For holistic well-being & individualized care.

    • Access to a library of local resources & educators via my Doula Family Portal.

    • Access to a library of pre-recorded meditations & movement classes speaking to perinatal bodies & hearts. Via my Doula Family Portal.

    Sliding scale, payment plans, & pro-bono support available upon request.

    I support hospital births, home births, birth centers, & planned caesareans.

    I am on track to begin accepting some California insurance beginning January 2026 (CenCal!).

  • Curated based on your postpartum needs & wishes. We can begin prepping & planning during your third trimester, or after any form of birth (pregnancy loss included).

    Offerings include:

    • Meal plans, meal trains, community support, & nourishment from my home kitchen

    • Meal delivery (on its own or in addition to in-home care)

    • Postpartum planning & boundary setting

    • Birth story writing & integration

    • Sibling & partner support & integration

    • Home visits (2-4 hours)

    • Overnight support & night nanny care (8 hours minimum)

    • Access to a Postpartum Prep ebook to support you in envisioning and creating your ideal initial postpartum chapter.

    • Access to a library of texts, resources, pre-recorded meditations & movement classes.

  • The Flora Portal is my current ceremonial offering. I have 4 Portals available per season. They are curated with the intent of calling forth ancestor, land, & our flora friends to support you as you move through the various birth portals.

    Inquire for unique-to-you ceremony availability. Please include any details on your needs & vision.

    The Flora Portal includes:

    • A Flower Essence crafted just for you + your needs (non alcoholic base)

    • An herbal bath blend with home grown flora

    • A homemade whipped herbal body butter

    • An hour of movement + Somatics

    • A few portal + grounding rituals honoring this chapter

    • A woven wool tapestry inspired by your birth intentions, story, and/or current self + state (prepared after ceremony & delivered back to you)

  • I’ll be on call for your birth as your photographer, and maybe your doula, too!

spring/summer 2026 ~ A Note from your Community Doula

As of Spring 2026, I have minimal availability throughout the remainder of the year (aside from meal delivery offerings & in-home postpartum care!).

I am available for Birth Doula support from December 2026 onwards. As of June 2026, I have space for 1 family available in December.

My planned off-call windows for the coming year are as follows:

• Winter 2026/2027 — I am available for estimated due dates on/before 12/10/2026 and on/after 1/18/2027. [Off-call 12/22/2027-1/4/2027].

• Spring/Summer 2027 — I am available for estimated due dates on/before 4/26/2027 and on/after 6/23/2027. [Off-call 5/7/2027-6/9/2027].
