postpartum nourishment attuned to you

In-home care

In-home postpartum support is universally needed, and so deserved. You deserve to feel deeply nourished, well-tended, and accompanied through your postpartum chapter. No matter your birth experience, postpartum doula care can allow for you to have a postpartum-buddy for you & your entire family.

Postpartum is forever, and I find myself offering postpartum care for families within the first year of a child’s life, and sometimes beyond.

In-home postpartum care includes any & all of the following:

• Emotional and spiritual support

• Writing and integrating your birth story and experience

• Basic lactation support & education

• Support in sibling integration (and, maybe, allowing you some time with an elder child who may be needing some extra attention with a little sibling having just entered the fold.)

• Light housekeeping (starting the laundry, folding a load, tidying the kitchen.)

• Meal prep (a meal, a snack or two, and a nourishing tonic or a few!) (see below for meal delivery options)

• Grocery pick-up

• General support for newborn care & parenting

• Sharing local resources & referrals upon request
