THE OFFERINGS

  • The bottled essence (‘Spirit) of a plant. Met in ceremony & shared with you. A blended brew carried in alcohol/glycerin base, taken to commune lightly with the spirits of certain plants. Crafted after our consultation to support you as needed. Not a tincture/physical extraction

  • An herbal bath blend to encourage optimal rest & rejuvenation. Curated based on your current physical & subtle (emotional/spiritual) body needs.

  • A topical offering of shea butter, coconut oil, & jojoba oil — whipped up & infused with nourishing plant kin. Supportive in self & partner massage, as well as in connecting with your womb & belly.

  • Two taper candles enrobed in flame-friendly herbs & flowers. Use in burn safe dish or candle holder.

  • Crafted with your flower or herb of choice (elderflower, rosemary, rose, etc.) and brewed with your favorite sweetener (honey, brown sugar, etc.) — bottled & ready to be added into your coffee, tea, or drizzled atop a sweet treat. Embrace the hmmingird way!

  • An hour of nurturing, guide movement to support your present self & state. Yin, slow flow, & Somatics woven together to drop you in.

  • Artistic rituals to explore the inner realms of self, seen & unseen. We carry the experiences outward into the seen to encourage processing & integration.

  • A talisman crafted by me on my frame loom honoring the ancestral practice storytelling by way of textile & craft. Sizes vary & can impact total rate. Color palette & textile patterns inspired by your present self & dreams.

THE VISION

  • Encourage well-deep understanding of self, while being held In nourishing community. We are not meant to walk this path alone — my work aims to support all folks as we live, birth, are born, & pass on.

  • When working with plants in a subtle manner, we commune with the wisdom they hold within to expand our sensing & ability to witness various sensations — something wonderful to weave into any birth & threshold space. Plants have long been infused into birthing experiences, and here we work with their essence to slowly lean in & open to their supportive nature — to our spirit realms as well as our physical sensing.
