  • Herbal postpartum package with dual care

    Coming Autumn/Winter 2026 • An extension of Caroline’s postpartum services, now weaving in herbal wisdom from Central Coast herbalist Sadie Krier.

    Begin with an initial postpartum visit from Caroline — a warm meal brought to you in bed, tea & fresh lemon water to your bedside, and an herbal foot bath to warm every layer of you. Initial lactation support is offered, as well.

    For your second visit, Sadie joins us, and we find a rhythm in your home & kitchen. Meal prep, light house tending, birth story integration, and herbal medicine are the center of this visit.

    From then on, Sadie & Caroline alternate their visits, each bringing their own medicine to your weekly postpartum care session.

    Packages start at $1,000 for 4 visits. Includes 3 prepared herbal medicines (salve, tea, etc.) for mom + baby crafted by Sadie.

  • birth & postpartum support

    For birth doula clients, additional postpartum support (beyond the visits include in your package) can be charged at a discounted hourly rate. Meal delivery service rates remain the same.

    Select a birth doula support package of your choice, and add-on additional postpartum care for $60/hour.

  • birth prep session

    3 hours of in-home support for any of the following: Birth plan editing, emotional support, hands-on comfort measures practice & education, and more. Our time together and what we delve into can depend on your unique needs.

  • postpartum prep session

    3 hours of in-home support for any of the following: Postpartum meal prep & planning, emotional prep & envisioning, spiritual support, family boundaries discussion & planning, and more. Our time together, much like a birth prep consultation, can be dependent on your unique needs.

A note from Caroline

The above packages & rates are up to date as of July 2026. Rates will increase again in Winter/Spring 2027 as I reach the final stages of my midwifery education & work towards my licensure.

I typically increase my rates on a yearly basis, and/or after completing significant continuing education and/or expanding my skill set. Updated rates & packages will be shared with you at our consultation, and may differ from what’s listed online.

In my work, I strive to provide care for all who wish to receive it. Sliding scale rates & personally curated payment plans are available to all upon request.

Additionally, as of Spring 2026, I now accept CenCal & TriCare insurance!

Other insurance providers may partially reimburse you for my services. I am happy to provide a SuperBill with my NPI (National Provider Identification) upon completion of payment and services.

Sliding Scale Services are available upon request. I believe that Doula services should remain accessible in these changing tides of maternal healthcare. If you are interested in the Sliding Scale options, you may consider following the Green Bottle Method, a means of Economic Justice. Please note the State-approved reimbursement rate for hourly Doula prenatal and postpartum care is $162-196 per hour of care. My rates are significantly discounted to extend accessible doula care as many families as possible. If your insurance reimburses for doula care, please inquire as to their reimbursement rates in advance, and we can discuss appropriate payment.
