The above packages & rates are up to date as of August 2025. Rates will increase again in May 2026.

I typically increase my rates on a yearly basis, and/or after completing significant continuing education and/or expanding my skill set. Updated rates & packages will be shared with you at our consultation, and may differ from what’s listed online.

In my work, I strive to provide care for all who wish to receive it. Sliding scale rates & personally curated payment plans are available to all upon request.

Additionally, as of October 2025, I now accept CenCal & TriCare insurance!

Other insurance providers may partially reimburse you for my services. I am happy to provide a SuperBill with my NPI (National Provider Identification) upon completion of payment and services.

Sliding Scale Services are available upon request. I believe that Doula services should remain accessible in these changing tides of maternal healthcare. If you are interested in the Sliding Scale options, you may consider following the Green Bottle Method, a means of Economic Justice. If you fall somewhere in between the bottles, feel out what makes sense & feels good in your body in return for the entirety of my services.
