Client testimonials
“After interviewing a few doulas, I chose Caroline because of how I felt around her: calm, held, seen, witnessed, and attuned to. Her quality of presence is truly remarkable. She embodies the deep wisdom of a person that lovingly tends their own internal landscape, providing from a place of depth, calm, and generosity. Throughout our prenatals she consistently exceeded any expectations I had for a doula through her offerings. I looked forward to the nourishment of each visit and by the time of the birth, our relationship had developed into that of an invaluable member of our birth team. She communicated impeccably throughout the process, and during the on-call window was so supportive, available, and reassuring. At the birth she held the most beautiful container, tracking and honoring our wishes, maintaining the boundaries of our safe space, and being the overall energy tender of the experience. Our midwife commented how impressed she was by Caroline, having not yet worked with her. We are so deeply grateful for Caroline, not only for what she cocreated in our birth space, but for the beautiful work she is doing in the world.”

“Caroline is the dream doula! She has a calming presence that is so beneficial to first time moms during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I had the pleasure of working with Caroline during all stages of my motherhood journey. She was there during pregnancy to answer all of my questions, guide me and ease my worries. She was there for hours during my birth and afterwards, even though it was in the middle of the night! She has also been there for me during postpartum helping with some of the household tasks like meal prepping and light cleaning, answering more questions, providing additional resources and just being a source of emotional support! If you're on the fence about doula services I can assure you that you need Caroline! Motherhood is not an easy journey and Caroline is such an amazing person to have by your side! I can guarantee that she will help to make the process better in all ways and easier to understand the ins and outs! I will definitely work with Caroline again for future pregnancies!”

“Caroline showed up intentionally for my family with a calm energy and many creative offerings - including a poetic retelling of my birth story, a relaxing somatic experience and even warm meals postpartum. We were very happy to have Caroline as part of our team!”
— a springtime Homebirth
“I reached out to Caroline well into my third Trimester once I decided I was going to try for a VBAC. Every once in a while you meet someone who is meant to do the thing they’re doing, and I know unreservedly that Caroline is meant to be ferrying mothers across this crazy river of an experience. At one point of my labor I was so exhausted from not sleeping nearly 24 hours, I was losing it. This absolute gem of a human knelt quietly by my bedside for hours soothing me through every contraction so that I could sleep long enough in between intervals. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t experienced it myself.
The only thing I would have changed about the whole experience was to reach out sooner so that I could have had her with me from the very beginning. She offers a bunch of add on services like prenatal yoga that was just the right amount of work to get me moving but to not overtax my body. I wish I had done more prep leading up to the main event with her. And she has the most soothing voice.
I was on the fence about doulas. I didn’t feel like it was a necessary expense when I would have my husband, but we both agreed she was extremely beneficial to have in the labor room. She eased my pain, allowing me to rest, cheered me on in the way that complemented my experience and she put my husband at ease by directing him in ways to better help me. Hire this amazing woman. I can say without doubt that having her on my team made my birth experience.”
— A Springtime VBAC Mother (hospital birth)
“I have so many beautiful words for this amazing woman, she’s the doula I had dreamed and hoped for. I chose Caroline for my 4th pregnancy and for me, I had to chose someone who would support me emotionally and physically through a VBA2C. It takes a lot of preparation mentally, and she was so helpful emotionally throughout my pregnancy and birth. She believed in me and baby, that we could do it and that gave me a lot of confidence. Thanks to Caroline I felt safe with her sweet and calm voice, and support during labor I was able to achieve my VBA2C unmedicated at home after having 3 medicated births. The help she provided after, postpartum, was so healing for me. Thank you for supporting my family and I in our most sacred moments, for respecting our wishes, and taking care of us.”
