No matter where you are in your birth work journey, collaboration is key for a fruitful, well-tended business. The Rose Garden offers a seasonal meeting of like-minded doulas, with 1:1 mentorship meetings every few weeks, and regular consultations & check-ins with Caroline.
Learn & refine your ways of crafting a sustainable business, set a foundation that nourishes your work in a holistic manner as you do the same for families, and grow a practice that is embodied & rhythmic in nature.
what the rose garden offers
1:1 Mentorship, Community Gatherings, and Opportunities for you to grow your practice.

Offered every 4-8 weeks depending on your plan & preference. Meet at a cafe, in Caroline’s home, or outdoors along the Central Coast.

For touching base, ‘peer review’ style processing, getting things off our chests, and weaving a true network of care within our wider Doula community. Held seasonally.

Deepen your relationship to your calling. Learn its edges, boundaries, and needs. It all comes back to being in right relationship, and we’ll lean into that every step of the way on this path of growing your birth work practice.

If you’re at a birth, reach out via text or call to consult with me throughout the duration of our mentor-mentee relationship. There can be a significant learning curve (we’re all still on it!) & I’m here for you through it all.

When families in my care open the door, you’re welcome to join us for 1-2 Prenatal/Postpartum Visits. You can observe, and are welcome to share your ‘two cents’ & doula wisdom.
With some families who are willing, you may be welcome to shadow me at a birth. You will be compensated for being on-call during this time period with a small stipend to cover gas & your time.
