Intro to Broom Making at Estero Bay Art & Craft

Broom making is a practical skill passed down through the centuries and across cultures. Brooms themselves offer us a welcome dose of ‘practical magic’ in how they appear throughout folklore, popular culture, & within our day to day home life.

In this 2 hour class, you’ll craft a handheld broom, ideal for tending to a hearth, altar, or workshop space, with broomcorn & twine. You’ll have the option to adorn your broom with wild crafted & garden grown materials.

Participants will go home with a handheld broom of their own making and the knowledge to craft many more.

All materials included.

$80 per person.

Details & registration can be found at Estero Bay Art & Craft’s website.
