A Day of Nourishment & Adornment
A day for the Women & Mothers of the Central Coast — woven together with herbal medicine, community care, & floral harvests. Steep in this season of early Spring, waxing to Summer, on the land that tends us so well.
You’ll return home with a nourished heart & belly, a well-tended body & spirit, and in ever-deepening connection to the land we call home, and the community we get to share this life and days with (along with a handful of floral crafts, fresh flowers, & herbal remedies).
•
Held at City Farm SLO at 1221 Calle Joaquin.
Please bring a water bottle to refill throughout the day.
If you have any dietary allergies/restrictions, please make a note while registering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Led by Caroline, Doula/Student Midwife/Flower Farmer/Herbalist/Movement Guide, and Hannah, Doula/Herbalist/Somatic Guide of Wild Trek Wellness.
