Full Spectrum Doula, Caroline, and Herbalist, Sadie, crafted this offering with the modern Central Coast family in mind. The general package shape shifts to meet a given family’s needs, and can be altered depending upon ideals & newborn family rhythms.

  • We offer light housekeeping, including assistance with laundry, dishes, light tidying, and grocery pick-up.

    In the heart of your home, we offer meal preparation on and nourishment throughout our visit. While stews simmer and tea steeps, we tend to you & your home. Our intention is to leave you feeling nourished and held, refreshed within your postpartum cocoon.

  • Crafted thoughtfully under the guise of Sadie with your entire system & state in mind. Intended to be gentle, supportive medicine for replenishment and regenerative rhythms.

  • With student midwife and doula Caroline, write your birth story, integrate your journey, and process all that your pregnancy-birth chapter held. Warming rituals can include herbal foot soaks, yoni steams (as bleeding ceases), sitz baths, full soaks, light bodywork with warming oils, and any ancestral remedies that come through for all parties.

  • Intended to nourish the breastfeeding dyad — guided lymphatic massage, breastfeeding troubleshooting, and general lactation support can be offered at all visits.
